All of our beers are brewed one barrel at a time (they're even mashed in a barrel!), lending a distinct vintage quality to each batch. It also allows us to stretch our wings creatively, completely free of a production schedule.
All of our beers are produced using a variety of yeasts and bacteria. Our inspiration comes from the farmhouse brewing traditions of Europe, and brewers of funky, weird beers around the world.
Every one of our beers starts and finishes in oak barrels that previously held wine or various spirits. The oak and its previous inhabitant become a part of the flavour profile, and our mixed culture takes residency in the nooks and crannies.
Bottle conditioned beers to go
A sour brown ale, fermented on dried figs, with a touch of cinnamon. Notes of earthy, dark fruit, and warm Christmas cookies, balanced by a refreshing sourness. 8% ABV, 500 ml
A golden sour aged on fresh, ripe Okanagan apricots. Jammy and tart, it’s like biting into the skin of a freshly picked piece of fruit. Get one last glimpse of summer in your glass! 4.5% ABV, 750 ml
A dark farmhouse ale aged with cacao nibs from Yukon Chocolate Company. Roasty cocoa and red berry notes from the nibs, and a nice dry, slightly spicy finish from the yeast. A grown-up Halloween treat! 5% ABV, 750 ml
Our golden sour aged on whole blackberries. With a lower fruiting rate than some of our other fruit beers, this one is balanced, with the tartness, fruit, and funk sharing the stage. Beautifully purple-pink. 5% ABV, 750 ml
Our golden sour, dry-hopped exclusively with Amarillo. Bursting with citrusy goodness, and nicely tart. 5% ABV, 750 ml.
A saison brewed with fireweed honey from Watson Lake’s Bee Whyld apiary. Delicate and floral, with a subtle sweetness, leading into a nice dry finish. A simple grain bill of barley and oats, and light hopping, allow the honey to really shine. 7% ABV, 750 ml
A sour porter, aged in a bourbon barrel, with blueberries. Vanilla, chocolate, and tart berries. 7.8%, 500 ml
A pale ale with rosehips, and dry-hopped with Citra. Brewed with Kveik, a Norwegian farmhouse yeast, and Brettanomyces. Big tropical fruit aroma. 6.5% ABV, 500 ml
